A note about the design: Royal Headache is from Australia, where “forks” are the equivalent of flipping the bird. My initial concept (below) was way more punk-rock, showing a hand emerging from a solid block. I cast every step in reverse, using one mold and few buckets of plaster of paris. The client ended up wanting something simpler and more colorful — but I still dig the bare-bones, xerox look of this one.
